*NEW hot tub with amazing lakefront view installed October 18, 2023 and super comfortable master bed in June 2023. Our dog friendly modern Nordic inspired 576 sq. ft. little cabin "Liten Stuga" is your perfect little lakefront getaway! Stunning views of Popple Lake is perfect for SWIMMING & FISHING from our dock during the summer. During the winter months we are conveniently located near snowmobile trails and good ice fishing right on the lake. Located in the country only 1.5 hours east of the Twin Cities & 30 min from Eau Claire! 1+ acre, 160 ft of private shoreline, dock, deck, firepit, & screened in gazebo. Guests have access to our complimentary hot tub (all year), paddle boat, canoe, aqua lily pad & 2 kayaks with signed contract/waiver but are subject to availability and season. Fully stocked kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bath & small loft. Sleeps 4. $50 pet fee per dog, 2 dogs max. Guests over 18 must send a picture of their ID to verify guests listed on contract. 3 security cameras onsite.
Optional Local Experiences: Must be scheduled at least 2 weeks prior to your stay.

Summary: Super cute and fun stay. The place is so precious at night by the hot tub, very quiet and relaxing. Then inside is just the perfect little cabin stay. Bathroom and bedroom are nice. Lots of great touches like bathrobes, slippers, extra towels. Great location from town, highly recommend!

Summary: ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! It was better than described!! The kiddos (2 furry) & I had an AMAZING TIME & wished we could have stayed MUCH longer!! I was a little worried about the 2 fur children, since they aren't very used to leashes yet, but it was the perfect location for them to run & play without worrying about them running off. I can't say more good about this place!!

Summary: Awesome place to stay with a single family! Located right on the lake with a beautiful view and the feeling of seclusion. The hot tub was an added bonus especially on some cold winter nights. It is located conveniently close to Chippewa falls where you can find a lot of good restaurants and shops!

Summary: This home & property exceeded our expectations, from cleanliness, to amenities, to even seasonal decor! We ordered the romance package & absolutely loved the local wine & nondairy (special accommodation!) cheesecakes waiting for us upon arrival. We utilized the fire pit, the dock for fishing & swimming, the grill, & the gazebo was our favorite part. Our dog could not get enough of playing ball & swimming here. It was very quiet & serene. We will most certainly be returning. Thank you SO much for sharing this special place with us!

Summary: This was our second stay at Liten Stuga, and we loved every minute of it! The hot tub was new since our last visit, and such a nice addition! We loved paddling in the canoe and lounging on the lily pad. We had a few campfires, played some board games in the gazebo, and grilled dinner. The only thing we would change is how long we stay! 3 nights just wasnt enough! Looking forward to coming back!

Summary: We loved our stay at Liten Stuga with our dog. We woke up each morning to go down to the dock to fish and do yoga. Beautiful and magical views of the water and trees from bed. The kitchen and bathroom were well organized and stocked with everything we could want. Extremely clean and the design details are homey and welcoming. Appreciated the proximity to hiking like Chippewa Moraine, Brunet and Lake Wissota. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you for being a wonderful host!
